Welcome everyone in December!

Dear All

I hope you are keeping warm and enjoying getting ready for Christmas. As the weather is getting colder and we are spending more time indoors, it’s a great opportunity to catch up with your family and friends. Whether it’s meeting up in one of the city’s cafes, having a walk in tranquil surrounding villages or visiting local museums, colleges or Christmas markets – our city have plenty on offer! If you would like to connect with people, make new friendships or play a game of table tennis, why not join us. We have some new socials lined up for you this month, including cooking and trivia games as well as some of our regular socials.

Would you like to have a go at writing for yourself but don’t know if you can do it? We’ll show you that everyone has a writer inside them!
We have a group every Sunday from 2.30-4.00 and would love you to give us a whirl. It’s a small friendly group and we always make time to chat.
Creative Writing is great therapy – it helps you focus on other things, still those inner unhelpful, critical voices, eases depression,  relaxes you and builds your self-confidence. Sunday sessions with Creative Writing build you up for the week ahead!

Our message for this month is:

Don’t feel lonely this Christmas.

If you’re on your own it can be difficult.

It always helps to have someone to talk to  — so on 26 December if you fancy joining our Chat Together Social online, join us!
